How to reuse the same content across networks without looking lazy

Producing original content for five networks is unfeasible for almost everyone. Repurposing well is what lets you be in many places without doubling the work.
The main rule
Repurposing is not copy-paste. It is taking the same idea and dressing it in each network's format. What changes: length, language, cover and call to action.
One video becomes five pieces
- Reels/TikTok/Shorts: the 30-second cut with the strongest point.
- Carousel: the key points written out, one per slide.
- Story: behind the scenes of the recording plus a poll on the topic.
- Text: the same idea developed for LinkedIn or a blog.
- Channel: a three-line summary with the link.
Remove the watermark
It is the most visible mistake. A video carrying another network's watermark signals automatic reposting and usually gets less distribution. Export the original file, unmarked.
Another platform's watermark is the only part of repurposing the audience notices. Remove it and nobody can tell.
Adjust the language
The same content can be casual on TikTok, technical on LinkedIn and direct on WhatsApp. The idea is the same; the tone is not.
Space it out in time
Posting on every network in the same minute saturates people who follow you in more than one place. Spreading it over days increases total reach and reduces repetition.
Reuse the old
Content from six months ago was seen by a small fraction of your current audience. Reposting what performed best, with a small update, is one of the highest-return actions there is.
Summary
One production, five formats, no watermark, adjusted language and spaced publishing. Repurposing well is what makes a multi-network presence sustainable.
