Partial or canceled order: what it means and what to do

Every order goes through a sequence of statuses. Understanding each avoids unnecessary tickets and helps you act when something really fails.
Pending
The order was registered and is queued. It has not started. Staying like this for minutes or a few hours is normal, depending on the service.
What to do: wait. If the start time in the description has passed by a wide margin, then a ticket is warranted.
In progress
Delivery started. The quantity rises gradually, at the pace stated in the description.
What to do: keep the profile public and do not place an identical order in parallel.
Completed
The ordered quantity was delivered. From here the refill period starts counting, when the service has one.
Partial
Part was delivered and the rest could not be. The amount for the undelivered part returns automatically to your balance.
Common causes: the source ran out of stock; the profile went private midway; the post was deleted.
Partial is not a loss: you pay only for what you received. The rest comes back to your balance without asking.
Canceled
The order could not run and the full amount returns to your balance.
Common causes: invalid link, profile private from the start, service offline, content removed.
Processing
An intermediate state on some panels: the order left the queue and is being prepared by the source.
What to do in each case
- Partial: check the reason, fix what is on your side and order the missing part again.
- Canceled: review the link and the service before retrying.
- Pending for too long: open a ticket with the order number.
- Completed but it dropped: use the refill, if the service has one.
About refunds
The returned amount comes back as panel balance, to be used on another order. It does not go back to the original payment method.
Summary
Partial and canceled return the money on their own. Completed starts the refill period. A long-pending order is the only case that usually needs a ticket.
