Likes, comments or saves: which service to buy

They are all interaction services, but they produce different effects. Choosing the right one depends on what you want to happen.
Likes
Effect: immediate social proof and a ratio coherent with the follower count.
Cost: the lowest of the three.
When to use: on new posts, to keep the profile average and avoid looking like nobody interacts.
Comments
Effect: the most visible and the heaviest interaction signal. Also the easiest to look artificial.
Cost: the highest.
When to use: on important posts, in small amounts, with custom comments. Repeated generic comments do more harm than good.
Five comments that make sense are worth more than fifty repeating the same compliment.
Saves
Effect: the signal that most influences distribution and the least visible to profile visitors.
Cost: intermediate.
When to use: on reference content like carousels and step-by-steps, where saving is the natural behaviour.
Shares
When available, it is the strongest signal of all, because it implies someone put their own reputation behind it. Use it on content that genuinely could be shared.
How to combine them
The most balanced combination for a post:
- Likes in an amount proportional to your followers.
- Saves at roughly a tenth of the likes.
- A few comments, customised.
This proportion mimics real behaviour and does not draw attention for the wrong reason.
What to avoid
- Mass generic comments.
- Saves exceeding the number of likes.
- Interaction on a very old post, with no context.
Summary
Likes sustain perception, saves help distribution and comments add life — but only if coherent. Proportion matters more than volume in all three.
