How to request a refill and when it applies

A refill is the guarantee that drops within a period will be replaced. It does not exist on every service, and understanding the rules avoids most refusals.

First: does the service have a refill?

Only services marked with a refill qualify. In the description it appears as R30, R60, R99 or R365 — the number indicates the days of coverage from delivery. Services marked SR have no refill, and no request changes that.

How the math works

The basis is simple: the starting count at the moment of the order, plus the ordered quantity, is the expected total. If the current number is below that total, the difference is the drop.

Starting count + ordered quantity = expected total. Whatever is missing to reach that total is what the refill covers.

Organic gains above the ordered amount do not count, and losses of followers you already had before do not either.

What voids the guarantee

• Making the profile private during or after delivery.
• Changing the username — the order loses its destination.
• Requesting after the service period ends.
• Placing a new order for the same profile before settling the previous one, in some cases.

How to request

In the panel, the fastest path is the order history: on eligible orders, the refill option appears in the row itself. Trigger it and the system checks automatically.

The check compares the current number with the expected one. If there is a drop within the period, the refill is sent. If there is no drop, the system says so — and that is good news, not an error.

Why it is sometimes refused

1. The service has no refill.
2. The period has expired.
3. There is no drop: the profile is at or above the expected number.
4. There was a recent refill and the minimum interval has not passed.
5. The profile is private.

Interval between requests

There is a minimum interval between refills on the same order, usually from a few hours to a day. This prevents repeated requests while the previous delivery is still running.

Summary

Confirm the service has a refill, respect the period, keep the profile public and the username stable. With that, most requests go through without friction.
